I’m Catherine, and I started to bake Macarons sometime around 2019 when I was leaving my eight years job in Singapore. I started baking macarons and gave them away to my neighbors, friends, and relatives.


Since then, I kept baking macarons when I felt depressed or bored and had free time… whatever I named it during the Covid years of 2020, and 2021

When Covid stops me to travel for a job, and little to do in the way of work, I decided to take my hobby of baking macarons a little bit more seriously. 


I started my first batch of selling macarons, popcakes, cakesicles at the end of July 2021 and provide home-delivery to your doorstep or office same day. After about 3 months, my macarons business blossomed and grew in a way I never imagined possible.

 

I obtained a Food Hygiene Safety Certificate and add-in cakesicle, cupcakes, and eating healthy fresh strawberries dipped in chocolate to grow the dessert business and continue bringing the piece of art to customers.

With the passion for macarons, Catherine’s dessert offer proactively searches from friendly-environment packaging to made “less sweet” and fresh flavours for you to enjoy. In addition, for me, everyone who entered Catherine’s Macarons is not just a customer. You are my guests, likening a friend or family member to a home-baked macaron.
